Thank you for visiting and shopping at edgetheory. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website, edgetheory.store, and governs how we process and ship your orders within the United States and Ireland.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to supply chain issues or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), processing times may be extended. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to the United States and Ireland. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days (after processing).
Total Fulfillment Time: 7 to 14 business days (including processing and transit).
Please note these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Edgetheory is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, etc.).
For customers in Ireland: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply upon delivery and are not included in your purchase price. Please check with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Shipping Address Accuracy
